The clients I work with are ambitious individuals who want to heal their most important relationships, which often includes their relationship with themselves, their relationship with their body, a relationship with a loved one, & past relationship patterns and hurts.
My Background and Approach
When working with couples, I help them strengthen their bond & increase emotional intimacy. When working with individuals, I help them heal relational hurts, find their voice, reconnect with their body, and learn how to rebuild closeness in their relationship with themselves and others. As a certified EMDR therapist, I can also help individuals who have experienced trauma heal and feel safe in the world again. I also specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate the undertows of pregnancy, infertility, miscarriage, loss, birth trauma, and early parenting experiences, including postpartum depression and anxiety and difficulty adjusting to parenthood. I can help parents at any stage of parenting reduce the overwhelm and fall back in love with parenting.
