About My Clients
My ideal clients are individuals seeking healing and growth while navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, caregiver fatigue, or life transitions. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of the next step but are ready to engage in meaningful work toward change. I value working with clients who want a collaborative, supportive therapeutic relationship where we can explore their experiences and develop practical strategies. Together, we focus on building resilience, fostering self-love.
My Background and Approach
I have years of experience working with individuals navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, caregiver fatigue, and life transitions. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, emphasizing safety, collaboration, and empowerment. I use evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, CPT, Emotional freeing technique and EMDR tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. I examine the clients environmental and family influences, their sleeping habits, and nutrition factors to understand how they play a role in the issues. I have training and knowledge in tools to use for anxiety, ways to help individuals deal with grief, trauma, and cope with depression. I believe in a collaborative relationship to help the client become a fulfilled and healthier version of themselves. My goal would be to fill your toolbox of the tools you need in everyday life to manage your symptoms and triggers. You will gain knowledge and resilience to use throughout your future.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of resilience and the capacity for growth in every individual. I approach therapy with a deep respect for each person’s unique journey and value creating a space where clients feel supported and understood. Personally, I’m passionate about fostering connection, self-compassion, and empowerment. I believe individuals have a right to choose what is best for their lives. I believe we all have one life to live, and others have no right to expect or tell others how to live their lives when they have their own. Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, crocheting, and reading. These interests inspire me to bring curiosity and balance into my work. I also value staying engaged with ongoing learning to bring fresh perspectives and insights to my practice. We are all evolving, learning, and pursuing our best life.
