About My Clients
My clients come to me because they are struggling with relational problems such as repetitive failed relationships, relationship cycling, emotional abuse, narcissistic partners, infidelity, gaslighting and codependency. My clients want insight into how their repetitive patterns are connected to their attachment styles and how to change the patterns that are contributing to their unhappiness. My clients are seeking a safe, trusting, nonjudgmental relationship with me to explore themselves.
My Background and Approach
I have over 25 years of experience working with relational issues with my clients. I utilize a large “toolbox” of therapeutic lenses including but not limited to Gottman Method trainings, Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Imago therapy, self psychology perspectives as well as years of working and learning from clients who have trusted me with their relational lives. I am an interactive therapist and believe that therapy is the ideal start toward creating a model for a healthy relationship in which the clients needs are understood, valued and tended to.
