About My Clients

My clients are resilient individuals navigating major life transitions, overwhelming stress, and identity paths. Many belong to the LGBTQ+ community and underserved groups seeking a safe virtual place to process change. Whether facing the weight of divorce, career shifts, or anxiety, they show up with immense courage. I partner with them virtually in PA and NJ to cut through the noise, reclaim their inner strength, and build a lasting foundation of stability, purpose, and self-love.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I hold active licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I have nearly two decades of clinical experience. I earned my Master's degree from Temple University in 2007 and hold a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor credential in PA. My approach provides a warm, virtual sanctuary for individuals naviigating major life transitions, overwhelming stress, and identity paths, with a deep commitment to the LGBTQ+ community and underserved populations. Clinically, I blend mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches with a heavy reliance on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing. This means we focus on building tangible emotional regulation skills and mindfulness tools while honoring your unique timeline and inner motivation. I work collaboratively with my clients to cut through the noise, dismantle shame, and cultivate an enduring balanced foundation of stability, personal victory, and radical self-compassion.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At the heart of my practice is the core belief that the therapeutic relationship is a real, authentic relationship, functioning as the ultimate catalyst for success and healing. Therapy is not a cold, clinical transaction; it is a shared human experience that requires deep trust, vulnerability, and radical collaboration. I believe that true transformation happens when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued without judgement. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I bring my lived experience and an unshakable commitment to creating and affirming, values-driven sanctuary where you can show up exactly as you are. I see my role not as a detached expert, but as an active partner walking alongside you through life's most challenging transitions. By pairing evidence-based tools with a deeply relational, compassionate bond, we create a secure foundation to deconstruct shame, cultivate resilience, and anchor your personal victories in a space built on absolute safety and mutual respect.
