Mental health problems such as depression diminish the qualify of your life, but with the necessary tools and supports in place you can manage your difficulties with greater ease. I help my clients set small, achievable goals, learn to use positive self-talk and manage difficult emotions. I encourage my clients to use mindfulness techniques such as gratitude practices, meditation, and breath work throughout their day.

I have worked with individuals on the spectrum for over 30 years. Many people on the spectrum struggle with low motivation and burn out and need assistance navigating social interactions. Others struggle with low self-esteem, depression and anxiety. I have the tools to help you be more successful in your life and foster greater self-acceptance.

If you struggle with social anxiety, generalized anxiety or fears and phobias, I have the tools to help you manage your anxiety. I teach individuals to manage the cognitions that fuel their anxiety, as well as to control the physical symptoms of anxiety such as tension, trembling and racing heart. Anxiety is a very treatable condition with the right tools and support. I will help you find the confidence to push yourself outside your comfort level so you can conquer your fears.

I support my clients in achieving their personal and professional goals by setting clear, achievable goals then developing the skill set necessary to achieve these goals. Perhaps you are struggling academically or in your job, or are suffering from imposter syndrome. I can provide you with the encouragement and support to be a better version of your self.

I often use CBT with my clients. With CBT, we look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I will help you to identify and refrain from negative self talk. I'll teach you to use positive coping statements and affirmations to change your inner narrative from harmful to helpful.

I teach my clients to encorporate mindfulness practices into thier daily routines. I encourage the use of positive affirmations, gratitude practices, meditation, breath work and other strategies to help you stay present and positive in your life.
