My Background and Approach
I earned my Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master's degree and Psychology Bachelor's degree the University of South Alabama. I'm a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, trained by Dr. Becky Beaton-York. I'm a Certified Grief Counselor, trained by David Kessler. My mission is to help others through my training, knowledge, and life experience. My clients describe my approach as calming, humorous, non-judgmental, and insightful from my lived experience. I'm passionate about seeing people overcome challenges and embrace their full, true selves to have a life worth living. We all deserve that. I believe in treating others the way you want to be treated with Unconditional Positive Regard! I believe that the universe connects us all and what affects one affects all.. I don't discriminate against anyone. I support Human Rights! I support Women's Rights. I am one - so it just makes sense to me. I am an animal lover. Rescued is my favorite breed! I have 3 rescued Shih Tzu who rule our home. Dogs can teach us so much about unconditional love.
