About My Clients

Are you in a relationship where you feel confused, blamed, or like you're slowly losing yourself? Maybe your partner denies things they said, shifts blame, or calls you “too sensitive.” You leave conversations feeling shaken, doubting your memory, or bracing for the next shift in mood. Or maybe you’re stuck in painful pursue–withdraw cycles — one of you chasing for closeness while the other shuts down. Conversations escalate fast, then leave you feeling anxious, reactive, numb, or exhausted.

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed psychotherapist with a background in trauma, attachment, and mind–body integration. My work blends neuroscience, mindfulness, attachment and somatic therapy to help clients calm their bodies and clarify their inner world. I specialize in attachment trauma, difficult relationships, chronic stress, attachment styles, and narcissistic abuse. In our work together, we focus on helping you rebuild trust in your own perception so you’re no longer second-guessing yourself or doubting your reality. We explore how trauma and attachment patterns may be shaping your reactions and relationship dynamics, while actively working to regulate your nervous system so you can respond with steadiness instead of reacting from anxiety or overwhelm. We also clarify boundaries and next steps that align with your values, strengthening your sense of self so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and emotional stability.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is both biological and spiritual—a reconnection of the body, mind, and heart. We aren’t meant to just push through; our symptoms are often signals asking us to slow down and listen. I see each person as innately resilient, even when life or trauma has disconnected them from that truth. Therapy, for me, is a space to come home to yourself—to remember your strength, your worth, and your capacity to feel safe again. I believe the nervous system holds profound wisdom, and that small, steady shifts can create deep change. Compassion, curiosity, and self-awareness are at the core of growth. My faith in human resilience—and in our ability to heal relationships with ourselves and others—guides every session. Healing isn’t about perfection; it’s about presence, connection, and wholeness.
