Addiction is a disease that impacts the brain. Stopping is not simply a matter of will power. But with addiction counseling and support , freedom from addiction can be achieved. SMART Recovery, 12 Step Programs and Medication Assisted Therapies are all evidence based resources and can provide additional resources. I support whatever works best for the individual to help you get clean and stay clean.

Anxiety can be debilitating, and some days its a chore to just get out of bed to face the day. Anxiety is sometimes the result of Cognitive Thought Distortions, where your mind imagines the worst possible outcomes for every situation, and your days are filled with worry and stress. I can provide you with tools you need to change the way you perceive yourself and your environment, and learn to handle whatever the world throws your way.

Depression can be chronic, from mild to severe, or situational. I support using medication for severe depression but there are many Holistic options available. Proper nutrition, rest, exercise, art therapies and cognitive therapies can help create new neuropaths that can actually change your brain. Peace of mind could be a reality.
