I have been in the field for over 20 years. I welcome everyone into this therapeutic space, in particular I want to welcome BIPOC individuals to the experience. I would love to be a part of your journey of self-actualization.
My Background and Approach
I I hold a supportive, encouraging, empowering and safe space for all my clients. The sessions are filled with compassion, empathy and lots of laughter as clients build on their skills. Clients walk away with a sense of hope, positive outlook and growth. Clients are provided with skills and tools to build on the ones they already have to help them navigate life's daily struggles.
