I use client-centered, trauma-informed, attachment approaches, weaving together expressive arts, parts work/IFS, somatic therapies, and EMDR.

I believe the therapeutic relationship needs to have safety, trust, respect, and honest communication, so I collaborate with clients to create an environment that feels supportive. I have a wide range of life experiences that helps me to meet clients where they are with understanding and compassion, and support them with deeper healing.
