About My Clients
I work with teens and adults in Pennsylvania and Delaware who are navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and life transitions. You may feel overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward, but you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a safe, supportive space to process emotions, build coping skills, and move toward healing. For those who desire, I also offer a faith-integrated approach.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals across school, hospital, and community-based settings. I have worked with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, helping them build coping skills and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions to support healing and growth. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. For those who desire, I also offer a faith-integrated approach, incorporating spiritual principles into the healing process. Together, we will work toward clarity, balance, and meaningful change in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. I am passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges with compassion, grace, and understanding. My faith plays an important role in my life and can be integrated into sessions if desired, while always respecting each client’s personal beliefs and values.
