Together we’ll map what happens between you and others, including signals in the body, stories in the mind, and patterns in conversation. We’ll practice clear communication and boundaries you can keep, with in-session coaching and take-home scripts. We’ll also explore attachment and old roles so repair, trust, and choice are possible in hard moments.

Warm, direct support for stress, mood, friendships, identity, and family dynamics. We teach real-world skills - grounding, thought tools, habit tweaks - and also explore what’s driving the struggle so change sticks. Goals stay concrete and doable. With consent, caregivers are looped in to support progress while the teen’s privacy is respected.

Psychodynamic therapy looks beneath everyday reactions to the roles and expectations we learned, including how they show up between us. Insight becomes choice as we connect past to present and practice new ways of relating. I’ve completed postgraduate psychodynamic training and integrate this lens with concrete skills so change holds up in daily life.

CBT makes the link between thoughts, feelings, and actions visible and changeable. We map your loops, test predictions, and run small experiments that become sustainable habits. I’m formally trained in CBT and translate the model into plain language, blending it with other approaches so the plan fits you.

ACT helps you notice thoughts without getting pulled in, connect to your values, and take steps that fit real life. I have advanced ACT training and use mindfulness, defusion, and values work to create tiny, workable actions. We choose ACT tools that match your goals and keep what proves useful.
