I take an active role in the therapy room, helping you find the answers that are most relevant to your own experience. As your therapist, I encourage vulnerability, so that you can more easily access and express the full range of your feelings. In this process we can uncover the core beliefs that may be unhelpful and rewrite them to support your current path. We will work together to help you get clear on your personal beliefs and values and take committed action toward greater self-awareness.
