It has become most important to pay attention to your mental health and emotional wellbeing. From your home, we can work together to navigate the thoughts and worries that have come to the surface during this down time. I work well with people who have a natural curiosity about themselves. People who are ready to examine their inner workings and uncover who they truly are. I believe the more you start to understand yourself, the better you become at managing the highs and lows that life brings. I take an active role in the therapy room, helping you find the answers that are most relevant to your own experience. As your therapist, I encourage vulnerability, so that you can more easily access and express the full range of your feelings. In this process we can uncover the core beliefs that may be unhelpful and rewrite them to support your current path. We will work together to help you get clear on your personal beliefs and values and take committed action toward greater self-awareness.
