About My Clients

My Background and Approach
My approach is to work collaboratively with you to help you achieve your goals. I have training in traditional talk therapy and specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting. EMDR and Brainspotting work beyond traditional talk therapy to target the memories and negative core beliefs that are holding you back. Both of these therapies tap into the brains natural capacity for healing. I will also work with you to develop coping skills to tolerate life stressors.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work with people from diverse backgrounds and personal beliefs. I believe that each person has the potential for change and self growth. Our previous life experiences shape the way we view the world and ourselves. I believe that we can move past our early life experiences to live the life we desire.
