About My Clients
The most frequent feedback that I receive from clients is that they feel safe, supported and accepted. Although my work as a therapist is rewarding, I also find that it is just as meaningful in my personal life because of my client's bravery and vulnerability. Maybe you're ready for therapy: Yay! My Background and Approach
I work from a holistic and person-centered approach. This just means that I consider all aspects of life that may impact a person's mental health and that you know you best. If it's important to you, then that is what we will focus on. I offer individual and family sessions. Techniques utilized with clients are emotion focused and cognitive behavioral while also allowing individuality to guide the session. I'm most interested in finding out what works best for you and not trying to make things fit that don't.
