You know it's time to let go of the destructive patterns but you're unsure where to start.
My Background and Approach
Often as therapists, we are ineffective if we haven't sat with our own pain and wounds. Life has taken me down an interesting path that has helped me relate to others of varying walks of life in many ways. With 20+ years' experience working with runaway/homeless youth, those transitioning out of human trafficking, foster care/adoption and corrections, I bring knowledge from personal and professional experience that guides my therapeutic approach. As I traveled many of my own personal storms, I bring experience in parenting children in challenging situations as well as the ability to assist single moms, teens, preteens on their own journeys to and through healing. Even as a youth, I desired to help others heal and little did I know, it would call me to travel an amazing, colorful road of my own. It is an honor to assist you on your personal path.
