About My Clients
My clients are often couples and individuals navigating the complexity of blended families, co-parenting stress, repeated conflict, and communication breakdowns. Many feel stuck having the same arguments, struggling to balance loyalty binds, past wounds, and competing family needs. They care deeply about their relationships and want practical support to create healthier patterns, stronger communication, and more connected family dynamics.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate complex relationship dynamics—particularly within blended families, communication struggles, and repeated relational conflict. My background includes 10 years of military service and prior work in tech/project management, which shaped my direct, structured, and solution-oriented style while deepening my appreciation for the complexity of human systems. My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational. I integrate Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Gottman Method, Collaborative Therapy, and CBT to help clients move beyond surface-level coping and into meaningful, lasting change. Whether we’re addressing communication breakdowns, resentment, family blending stress, or relational wounds, my goal is to help you better understand your patterns, communicate more effectively, and create healthier relationships with yourself and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I stand for inclusivity, authenticity, and affirming care for people of all identities, backgrounds, sexualities, relationship structures, and family systems. I believe everyone deserves a therapeutic space where they feel respected, understood, and free to show up fully as themselves without fear of judgment. My work is rooted in honoring the complexity of each person’s lived experience while recognizing that culture, identity, family dynamics, and systemic influences shape how we move through the world and our relationships. I am passionate about creating a space where clients can explore difficult conversations, challenge old patterns, and build healthier, more authentic relationships with themselves and others.
