My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any moment in their lives because they both are inevitable. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors from our environment that become habitual behavior. I believe that just as faulty behaviors are learned, so can healthy behavior be learned. Through my own therapy, I learned how to handle my ability to cope and move past traumas so that they didn't control me. I embrace everyone who crosses my path with the intent to be the change I desire! I believe in diversity and inclusion and support communities outside of my own.
