My Background and Approach
My interest in therapy is deeply rooted in my passion to help people deal with hard situations through self-actualization and emotional regulation. My goal is to provide a supply of positive dynamic skills, new perspectives, and emotional regulation skills.My hope is to empower people and help them become the author of their own story. Growth can be uncomfortable and the process is only possible through collaboration. I will provide a safe space to be yourself and go the rate at which the client is ready to move. My goal is to keep you on track toward your objectives while also serving as a reminder that you are capable of overcoming challenges.
