About My Clients
My clients are often thoughtful, high-functioning adults and young adults who appear “fine” on the outside but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or disconnected from themselves. Many struggle with stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. I especially enjoy working with women and young adults who want to better understand themselves, build healthier coping tools, and feel more grounded and authentic in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I provide therapy in Boulder and online throughout Colorado for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, perfectionism, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, integrating EMDR, mindfulness, somatic work, and narrative therapy to help clients understand patterns, reduce overwhelm, and create meaningful change. I especially work with women, LGBTQ+ clients, and creatives who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from themselves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, grounded, and human. People are not problems to be fixed. They are stories shaped by experience, relationships, and environment. I approach therapy with curiosity, respect, and a belief that meaningful change happens when we slow down enough to understand what’s underneath anxiety, patterns, and emotional pain. I also believe identity, including cultural background, sexuality, gender, and lived experience, matters deeply in the therapy process. My role is to offer a space that is affirming, nonjudgmental, and supportive of each person’s autonomy and voice.
