I work from an integrated, strengths-based approach and firmly believe that everyone has the tools within themselves needed to achieve their goals. To help facilitate this I use Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Interpersonal Neurobiology as well as other modalities to create an empathetic and inclusive atmosphere in the therapy room and beyond. What’s the story of your life? Is the story being written the way you thought it would be or would you like to make some revisions? I think we’ve all heard people talk about their life stories, some read like romantic comedies while others are more horror stories. I believe that everyone has the ability to write or rewrite their stories to read the way we would like. Unfortunately, it sometimes feels like someone else is writing the story for us, not telling it the way we would like. I would be honored to work as co-author of your new story, the one you want to tell the world.

I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy. As a systemic therapist I create a caring, non-judgmental setting in which you, the client, are in charge. After all, nobody knows you better than you do. Michael White and David Epston wrote, “the problem is the problem, the person is not the problem.” This is the basis of my therapeutic approach.
