About My Clients
My clients are high achievers, professionals, students, and leaders who look like they’re thriving on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or disconnected inside. Many struggle with perfectionism, trauma, imposter syndrome, or people-pleasing. They’re ready for meaningful change and want the highest quality therapy that’s practical, evidence-based, and tailored to their unique goals.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed psychologist with a doctoral-level education and over a decade of experience helping high achievers navigate anxiety, burnout, trauma, and perfectionism. I specialize in evidence-based treatments, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My approach is warm, collaborative, and highly personalized. I focus on real-life results, not just symptom checklists. I bring clinical expertise and firsthand understanding of fast-paced, high-pressure environments, which allows me to meet clients where they are with both insight and compassion. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just tired of doing it all alone, I provide a space where you can pause, reflect, and start building a life that actually works for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be humanizing, liberating, and rooted in respect. Everyone deserves care that sees the whole person, not just a diagnosis or a productivity metric. I value autonomy, authenticity, and equity in the therapeutic relationship. I believe healing isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken, it’s about unlearning what’s no longer serving you and reconnecting to your values, your voice, and your worth. I reject one-size-fits-all models and systems that prioritize revenue over care. I believe that therapy should offer space to breathe, reflect, and grow at your pace, on your terms.
