About My Clients
Sometimes anxiety, relationship struggles, or self-esteem concerns can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure how to reconnect. Many of the people I work with struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or patterns that leave them feeling unseen or stuck. Others are carrying the impact of trauma, criticism, or painful experiences that still shape how they relate to themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
My approach is client-centered and collaborative, rooted in the belief that healing begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood in the therapeutic relationship. In our work together, we gently explore the patterns that feel overwhelming or stuck to better understand ourselves. Through greater self-awareness and self-compassion, we will create more space to respond to life and relationships in ways that feel aligned and true to you. I will always move at your pace and tailoring the work to your unique needs, such as coping strategies, communication skills, boundary setting, and building self- esteem. We focus on strengthening self-trust and reconnecting with your sense of identity so you can show up more fully and authentically in your relationships and in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the core of my work is the belief that you don’t need to become someone else to feel better, you need space to reconnect with who you already are, beneath the patterns that have formed along the way. Meaningful change is always possible with the right support and therapeutic relationship. Many struggles such as anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or trauma responses often make sense in the context of a person’s lived experiences, even when they no longer feel helpful. I strive to offer a compassionate, affirming, and inclusive space where people of all identities feel respected and supported, including LGBTQ+ individuals and those from diverse cultural and relational backgrounds. I approach my work with openness, respect, and a commitment to creating a nonjudgmental therapeutic space.
