About My Clients
My ideal clients are those seeking a space that fully honors who they are. I appreciate clients who come ready to show up for themselves—curious, committed, and willing to do the work. Together, we focus on growth, healing, and stepping into a more empowered, authentic version of who they’re becoming. I primarily support adolescents through adults navigating trauma, mood, anxiety, and personality disorders, relationship complexities, and major life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed in New Hampshire, Arizona, and Illinois, and have been working in the mental health field since 2008. Since becoming a therapist in 2014, I have been deeply passionate and dedicated to supporting clients in their growth and healing. My approach is trauma-focused and evidence-based, and I primarily draw from CBT, DBT, and EMDR to help clients navigate challenges, process past experiences, and build the skills needed for a more empowered, resilient life. I tailor my methods to each client’s unique needs, creating a collaborative and supportive space for transformation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I stand for creating a space that is deeply affirming, inclusive, and understanding of diverse lived experiences. As a member of the LGBTQ community, a neurodivergent individual in a mid-size body, and a survivor of abuse who has navigated significant mental health challenges, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to my work. My own experiences inform my empathy, compassion, and commitment to helping clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they work toward healing, growth, and empowerment.
