My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in multiple clinical client-centered approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices through Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I maintain that psychotherapy is a process where client and clinician work in concert to progress within the therapeutic relationship to obtain the client’s goals. I strongly believes in authenticity, dignity, and respect for all because her true passion is helping others.
