About My Clients
You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are or what direction to take. I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and driven, but struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, or pressure from family and cultural expectations. I often work with Asian, Filipino, immigrant, first-gen, and BIPOC folks, while staying inclusive to anyone who connects with this space.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I take an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique experiences. I draw from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and build resilience. Together, we'll identify values-driven goals and create practical, lasting change in a warm, collaborative, and supportive space.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are more than their symptoms or struggles. We all have parts of ourselves that feel difficult, messy, or hidden, and I see those parts as worthy of curiosity rather than judgment. I also recognize that our mental health is shaped not only by our personal experiences but by the systems, expectations, and pressures we live within. I believe that practicing self-compassion and living in alignment with your values is a revolutionary act.
