My Background and Approach
I attended the University of Northwestern and obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology in 1993. I obtained my Master of Arts Degree from Adler Graduate school in 2003. I have 22 years of experience counseling a diverse range of clients with a variety of issues and concerns. My style is kind, authentic, down to earth, warm and encouraging. It’s really important to me that you feel seen, heard, and known. My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I draw from different theoretical approaches and skill sets to tailor therapy to your unique individual needs. I am truly energized by helping people grow in their relationship to themselves and in their relationship to others.
