About My Clients
I provide therapy for women and caregivers facing anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions such as motherhood, career changes, and caring for family members with disabilities. With years of experience supporting children with disabilities, I offer mindful, strengths-based counseling to help clients build resilience, set boundaries, and navigate change with confidence.
My Background and Approach
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, providing therapy for anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I specialize in supporting women and caregivers navigating motherhood, career changes, and caring for family members with disabilities. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, I tailor each session to your needs. Together, we’ll build coping skills, set boundaries, increase resilience, and create sustainable self-care strategies. My goal is to offer a compassionate, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and thrive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a single mother of two amazing adult children. My own path wasn’t always smooth; there were times when life felt heavy, and I had to stretch every ounce of strength I had. Yet in those moments, I learned about resilience, empathy, and the power of healing. I decided to become a therapist because I know how transformative it can feel to have someone walk beside you during tough times. I want to give back, to offer a compassionate space where women can process their experiences, reclaim their strength, and move forward with renewed courage. My mission is to hold that space with empathy, wisdom, and a deep understanding of what it truly means to endure and thrive.
