About My Clients
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.
My Background and Approach
I'm a client-centered therapist practicing from a trauma-informed lens at Keys Counseling Solutions in Meridian, off Eagle Highway on Titanium Place. I believe that the client knows themself better than I do, and I guide clients to find ways to help themselves rather than telling them what to do. I recognize that therapy is a collaborative process and each individual has unique needs and goals. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for self-exploration, skill-building, and healing.
