Following a loss or life transition, such as health diagnosis, divorce, estrangement, or empty nest, you may not be sure how to move forward into an uncharted landscape. My Background and Approach
Regardless of circumstance, each person’s response to change is unique. We are often not taught how to grieve and it isn't necessarily intuitive. Through guided “grief work”, you can navigate your new landscape and develop strength, resilience and perspective to survive and thrive after a loss. You can welcome peace, beauty, and joy back into your life.
