About My Clients
Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—from themselves, their relationships, or their sense of purpose. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Many are struggling with patterns around relationships, hoarding, or their relationship with food and body image.
My Background and Approach
I primarily use Solution-Focused Therapy to help you build on your strengths and create practical change, followed by Narrative Therapy to explore and reshape the stories that influence your life. I also integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman-informed approaches to support deeper connection and healthier relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Personally, I value creativity, reflection, mindfulness, and the healing that can come from reconnecting with ourselves in meaningful and intentional ways. I enjoy spending time in nature, exploring spiritual and personal growth practices, painting, music, and finding moments of quiet that help create balance in an often overwhelming world. I believe there is something deeply restorative about slowing down enough to truly listen—to ourselves, to others, and to the parts of life that often get overlooked in the rush of everyday living.
