About My Clients
Because of my life's journey and the gifts I've been given, first responders, teens, and those in the education arena are near and dear to my heart. I do my best to meet my clients where they are and support them to get where they want to be.
My Background and Approach
With over 20 years of counseling experience, I know therapy can be hard. Opening up about personal issues is often uncomfortable. I will walk you through the process with a kind heart and open mind. I believe identifying the underlying issue is a start to finding your own personal freedom. I work best with adolescents and adults through individual therapy while using an integrative style of brain-based neuroscience informed treatment utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Systems, Psychodynamic, as well as Neurofeedback.
