My Background and Approach
I specialize in attachment focused EMDR and DBT, and am passionate about helping people manage overwhelm and understand and fully embrace their authentic selves. I pull from various approaches to help people honor where they've come from, understand where they are now, and move to where they'd like to be.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly believe that persistence is one the most underrated traits a person can posess. Often times folx are so focused on where they've not gotten to yet, or how far they have to go, that they forget to pay attention how far they've come. Persistence is not about accomplishments or the final destination, it's about doing it scared, doing it tired, doing it each and every day regardless of what "it" looks like.
