About My Clients
I work with individuals who are ready to step into healing but may feel stuck, lost, or unsure where to begin. Many of my clients are survivors of narcissistic abuse, religious trauma, and complex PTSD, often carrying deep wounds from relationships and belief systems that once defined them. They are women who have spent years giving, sacrificing, and surviving—but are now learning to reclaim their own voices, trust their own intuition, and embrace their own worth.
My Background and Approach
My journey into therapy was deeply personal. After navigating my own healing from trauma, religious conditioning, and the impact of narcissistic abuse, I felt called to help others reclaim their voices, heal from past wounds, and step into the fullness of who they were meant to be. This led me to earn my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and dedicate my work to trauma recovery, empowerment, and advocacy. I utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a specialized experiential trauma therapy that connects the body, brain, and emotions. ART targets painful memories and deeply held messages for the purpose of comforting, healing, reparenting, reprocessing, re-scripting, and resolving unhealed hurt residing in the body. This powerful approach allows for deep healing without the need to relive the pain. As a therapist, I am both compassionate and direct—holding space for your pain while also guiding you toward the transformation you deserve.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In addition to therapy, I’m an advocate for abuse survivors and a speaker on healing, resilience, and self-worth. I also host Worthy, a seminar designed to help women connect with their emotions, reflect on their stories, and embrace their healing journey. I am a proud member of Radical Action Advancing Racial Equity (RAARE), committed to fighting for justice, equity, and the dismantling of oppressive systems. Advocacy is deeply woven into my work, and I believe healing is not just personal but also collective.
