My Background and Approach
With extensive experience as a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor (LISW-S) and a Master’s in Public Policy and Management (MPPM), I bring a well-rounded perspective to therapy. My approach is client-centered, blending evidence-based techniques with deep compassion to support healing and growth. I tailor sessions to each individual’s needs, fostering a safe, nonjudgmental space for self-exploration.
