My clients tend to be kind and self-aware, highly capable yet plagued by a deep-seated issue in their relationship, family, or personal life. They want to address the underlying problem, not just manage its symptoms.
My Background and Approach
I see therapy as a sacred process. I don’t rush to judgment; I don't fire off opinions. Maybe you feel like a robot on a treadmill, maybe you feel a vague sense of existential dread—whatever it is, we will be curious together, exploring what the underlying causes are. This is not an advice-giving, quick-fix type of approach. The experience will feel a bit like sorting a room that's gotten so messy that you don't even want to look in there anymore. We move carefully, methodically, sorting and color coding your life until it starts to feel a little more organized. I am particularly well-versed in working with creatives. I am trained in Prepare/Enrich pre-marital counseling and trained in EMDR.
