About My Clients
I am a psychologist licensed in Florida with over 7 years of experience working as a school psychologist, trauma-informed postdoctoral resident, and a clinical psychologist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma and/or abuse.
My Background and Approach
My counseling style is empathic and warm. I believe in treating anyone with compassion, understanding, and openness and I don't believe in the stigmatizing of clinical diagnoses. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, systems, and integrated theory. I will tailor our treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes bravery and initiative to take the first steps towards a change.
