About My Clients
I aim to work with people to develop strategies to have their minds help them when they face various challenges, rather than be yet another factor contributing to the burden. If we can find ways to rewrite some commonly held stories about our lives (the “I’m not good enough” story, the “I can’t do it” story, the “I’m bad partner” story), we can significantly improve our lives.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to improve overall quality of life and function of the people I work with. I use evidence-based treatments- treatments that are highly supported by research. I primarily use ACT, CBT, and mindfulness-based interventions. I use these approaches in order to help you develop tools to better tackle the challenges life brings.
