When people talk about feelings and needs, you might feel so different that it almost feels like you’re from another planet. You’re ready for a supportive space to feel more connected and sink into who you are.
My Background and Approach
When I work with individuals, I’m interested in helping you learn more about who you really are, and what might be getting in the way of showing up that way in your life. That might include discovering your needs, learning more about how to feel your feelings, healing old hurts, getting support with boundaries, and making space for you to sink into being fully you. When I work with couples and relationships, I’m interested in helping support you in figuring out where you have gotten stuck. That might mean helping you untangle from the cycle of conflict, re-igniting passion back into your connection, healing old hurts, talking about tender topics, and finding more relational security together. I want to support you in being your full authentic self while being in relationship with others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When we start to work together, we need to create a space where we can collaborate and start to understand what is important to you. I don’t hold a stance that anyone is broken. What I know is that there is something that gets stuck in so many of us, whether it be due to societal learning, early experiences or old habits we pick up. And somehow, over time, we get stuck in those patterns, and we may forget who we really are. My goal is to help us slow down and understand: where are the places that you’re getting stuck, and how can we tap into the wisdom and the knowledge that you really have in order to truly get into alignment with your values and the person you actually are.
