Mindfulness is living in the present, which could be learned to do. If we are living in the past, often it comes with depression. If we are living in the future, it often comes with anxiety. I’ll teach you to live in the present to optimize your happiness.
If you can change the thought to one that is more positive and logical, then people feel better. If people are getting out of the house and doing things that are more meaningful to them, they feel better.
I also specialize in senior issues. Large issues include falling or fear of fallout by, also not being able to do the same things when younger. Sometimes anxiety or depression increase with an aging body. I can help
