Welcome to my profile! I'm passionate about helping clients who have faced challenges in their previous therapy experiences and are ready to embark on the next step in their healing journey. I understand how difficult it can be to navigate life when you feel disconnected from yourself and lack a sense of worthiness.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience in addressing anxiety, OCD, addiction, and compulsive behavioral problems. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health and behavioral challenges; integrating behavioral interventions as well as mindfullness and trauma-informed interventions to help you understand yourself better and break free from destructive patterns. In our therapeutic journey together, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmenta space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a collaborative partnership. I will be there to listen, support, and guide you through your unique process of healing and growth. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Someone once asked me “Why did you become a therapist?” after a long pause, I looked him in the eye and said,” Because I believe I was given a purpose in life; to help and be of service to people in the best way I know-how”. I recognize that when a client sits down in front of me they are not just engaging in therapy, they are being courageous and vulnerable and I honor that fact.
