My Background and Approach
Counseling isn’t a matter of asking a question & receiving advice - but rather learning the skills to make sense of life & building the confidence to take control of it. My role is to help people identify and use their own unique talents and special strengths to become the best version of yourself. I believe that everyone has the potential to help themselves and the resilience that is needed to successfully overcome any of life’s challenges. When you have developed these skills, you will see positive changes in our relationships with family, friends and coworkers. We see our work and home life improve. We become more relaxed and confident within ourselves and we are able to fully live with purpose, focus, joy and peace.
