About My Clients
Are you experiencing sadness, irritability, uncontrollable worry, and face challenges with your sleep, diet, or relationships? Do you feel like your life is getting out of control lately? My Background and Approach
Creating a safe space is crucial to making sense of our experiences that we would not otherwise have a chance to explore. Only then we are able to process our emotions, perception, and using our narratives to create new possibilities for thinking, feeling, and doing life in a fresh way. I work hard to create a judgment-free environment for my clients. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families working on issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Addiction, Relationship Conflict, and Anger Management. I found the use of Cognitive-Behavior, Emotion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to be highly beneficial with my clients. Presently I accept the Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO) insurance plan & Out-Of-Pocket is also accepted.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life is full of challenges and obstacles that we are to overcome in each phase of life. At times we just need someone to listen to us sincerely, ask good questions, affirm our humanity, and help us see tomorrow with hope and a better outlook. My role as a helper is to come alongside you and makes sense of your journey. This is what I believe therapy should be.
