My Background and Approach
I practice counseling from an eclectic theoretical perspective rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems, and positive psychology, I aim to be a disruptor of dysfunction, helping you navigate through life’s challenges with newfound clarity and resilience. My practice is guided by the principle that each individual has the potential for growth and change, and I’m here to support that journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a believer, spiritual not religious, incorporating 12 Step of recovery programs, eightfold path of Buddhism, meditation and yoga. I believe I am mandated to help people find justice or help people work through injustice I am active in LGBTQ+ community
