My ideal clients are struggling to find their place in the world. Perhaps you feel isolated from those around you. Perhaps you feel like your life has no purpose. Perhaps you are going through major life transitions and are struggling to cope. I can help through teaching coping skills, trauma work, and existential practices.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is direct, yet coupled with compassion and empathy. I always feel excited to help others in this journey through life–to help them to find personal purpose and meaning. I strive to help my clients who feel helpless and broken to feel empowered through coping skills, mindfulness, self expression, and assertiveness. I am an LPC Clinician with experience working with teens, adults, and couples. I specialize in life transitions, existential work, and emotional concerns/traumas with men.
