About My Clients
I see adults of all ages (18+). I'll help you feel heard and validated. Some of the areas that we might address include interpersonal relationships, difficult family histories, self-esteem issues, and management of life stressors. I am located in Concord, Massachusetts, but I see clients anywhere within the state via secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth.
My Background and Approach
I completed my doctoral training in clinical psychology at William James College (formerly the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology) in Newton, MA. I completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship at North Shore Medical Center and advanced practicum training as a psychology fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital. My training also includes working with high school students at the Arlington School (part of McLean Hospital) in Belmont, MA.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
People arrive at psychotherapy to overcome challenges keeping them from living happy, well-adjusted, and fulfilling lives. I provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy to adults of all ages (18+) using an eclectic approach that includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, attachment-based principles, and family systems theory. I know finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. I'm happy to have a 20 minute introductory phone call or video session to learn more about you and introduce myself.
