My background includes an MSW from NYU, psychoanalytic psychotherapy training (yes, the kind where we get curious about your childhood). My Background and Approach
I work with people who are ready to stop white-knuckling their way through life and start getting curious about what’s actually going on. Therapy with me is collaborative, personalized, and zero percent cookie-cutter. This is a space where you can say the things you’ve been editing out, unpack the patterns you’re tired of repeating, and figure out why you keep dating the same person with a different name. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or relationship dynamics that just won’t quit—I’m here for it. I don’t promise quick fixes.
