About My Clients
Connection is what we are all interested in, it feeds our lives, our relationships. We need it, to be connected to ourselves and others. But anxiety, stress, depression and a host of other things get in the way of us having a genuine connection to ourselves or others, this is where I come in.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master's degree in Counseling, with training as a Professional Clinical Counselor, as well as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I am well versed in a variety of counseling frameworks, have worked in traditional and non-traditional counseling settings and especially enjoy working with clients who have had poor or negative prior experiences in therapy.

I believe in your ability to heal, and that each of us have individual needs that help us in that. From your personal stories, to beliefs you have, to what you desire for your life my approach is to help you feel seen. I do this through building a collaborative relationship that respects you and what you need from the space, as well as a variety of interventions that I’ve developed through my comprehensive clinical training
