About My Clients
I work with a variety of different individuals who face challenges from depression, anxiety, past trauma, addictions, and relationship conflicts. You might find me to be a good fit if you are self-help and growth oriented. My Background and Approach
My approach is to first hear your story, gaining an understanding of your current concerns, needs and expectations for therapy. We will then decide together what type of therapy will fit best for you to make the changes that you want, and I’ll deliver the type of therapy that best suits your needs. I will work with you to identify the root causes of these problems and form solutions that will move you ahead towards meaning and fulfillment. I love getting to know my clients, helping them to make positive changes, and learning about their culture, life experiences, and strengths. I believe that you know yourself best and will find the right solution when in an atmosphere of honesty, understanding, and non-judgement.
