About My Clients
I believe it's hard to transform someone unless one has been transformed. Being a recovering addict, I have firsthand experience of the power of therapy and therefore, consider it a privilege to work with those who are hurting and discouraged. Don't wait. My Background and Approach
I have been trained by and use Pia Mellody's Post Induction Therapy model to address family of origin impact on current relationships. Finally, I subscribe and use Internal Family Systems therapy because it is a powerfully transformative, evidence-based model of psychotherapy. I believe the mind and soul are intertwined. It is naturally multiple and that is a good thing. Our inner parts contain valuable qualities and our core Self (or Spirit) knows how to heal, allowing us to become integrated and whole.

How can I help as a therapist? By emulating the compassion and grace given to me in actively surrendering everyday to God, family, and my recovery community.
